Sourdough Pizza Dough
A one pound ball of perfectly fermented dough. Makes an excellent medium, bubbly, pizza. Or, 2 medium thinner crust pizzas. We suggest keeping though out for at least 3 hour before making pizza. This will result in a more bubbly crust.
Dough ball will be stay tasty for 3 to 4 days in the fridge. Freezes beautifully.
